We had our annual dinner meeting and a good time was had by all!

We voted in our new board of directors: Kim Reed, Esq. as president, Carroll McCauley, III, Esq. as VP, Keith Lemasters, CPA as Treasurer, Clark Rogers, Esq. as Secretary, and Marvel Estes, LMHC as our at-large member.

We had a guest speaker, Robert Pell, Esq. He was instrumental in initially bringing mediation to our area. He spoke about how he kept taking cases and settling them, which got the attention of the judges. Things grew from there, to where now every case is referred to mediation. It was really inspirational for collaborative to hopefully follow down the same path.

We announced a new Low Bono Program that we will be starting, as well as the success from Divorce Options. We also announced that our group will be hosting a golf tournament on October 21st, and will be donating the net proceeds to the Pregnancy Resource Center.
