David is a Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) and Independent Financial Advisor, a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® (CDFA®) and Divorce Financial Planner, a Certified QDRO Specialist™ (CQS™), as well as a collaboratively trained financial professional.

He has been in the financial services industry for over fifteen years, and owns two distinct financial services firms:

Sand Oak Financial Partners, LLC whereas a ChFC®, he helps his clients to organize and coordinate their entire financial house, so they can focus on who and what truly matters most in their lives, and he also owns…

Sand Oak Divorce Solutions, LLC whereas a CDFA®, he assists individuals and couples to answer the financial questions that occur before, during, and after divorce. David evaluates both the long- and short-term consequences of proposed financial settlements, and genuinely believes that divorce can be a kinder, gentler, more affordable experience.

David and his wife Madge along with their two daughters Emily and Anna moved to Panama City in 1998. David completed his final tour at Tyndall Air Force Base after serving twenty years as a dentist in the U.S. Air Force.

He and Madge reside in Panama City while Emily and Anna both currently live and work in California. David enjoys listening to jazz and podcasts, being out on the water kayaking, and has taken up composting as a hobby.
