Jessica L. Stewart is an experienced litigator of divorce and paternity litigation, involving issues such as child custody and support, alimony, domestic violence injunctions, asset and liability distribution, and child relocation.

Jessica spent her formative years in Mobile, Alabama where she developed a passion for various aspects of dance, including competitive dance. She attended The University of Southern Mississippi and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Auburn University in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and minor in Psychology. The skills that she acquired dancing earned her a scholarship and a position on the Dixie Darlings dance team while she attended The University of Southern Mississippi. Jessica was also a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society while attending Auburn University.

After graduating from Auburn University, she continued her education at Mississippi College School of Law, where she obtained her law degree. While attending law school, she received the Best Paper Award on two occasions.
