Kimberly D. Reed, Esq. received a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University, and her Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center.

Mrs. Reed has over 20 years of experience in representing clients in their divorce, paternity, child relocation, child support, domestic violence, military divorce, estate planning and probate matters.  Her focus is on helping her clients avoid the courtroom which allows them to maintain control over their future.  Mrs. Reed has an extensive background in settlement negotiations in family law matters, and therefore, is extremely creative in developing settlement ideas that fit each unique family.  Concluding your legal matter through the collaborative process or other settlement negotiation methods is almost always quicker and less expensive than a courtroom battle.  Mrs. Reed seeks to have her clients not spend all of their assets, and accumulate debt just to get divorced.  She firmly believes that there is a better way to help her clients.

Mrs. Reed is licensed to practice law in Florida, Maryland, and the District of Columbia, and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator.  She is also on the Board of Directors for the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals, is the President of Collaborative Divorce Professionals, Inc., and is the Vice President of the Bay County Council on Aging.  Mrs. Reed is also a member of the Bay County Bar Association, St. Andrews Bay Inn of Court, International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, and Former Chairman of the Bay County Women Lawyers Association.
